Tiger Woods Reunited With Children

Tiger Woods has been reunited with his family for the first time in over a month after leaving a rehabilitation clinic.
The world’s troubled number one golfer completed a programme in Hattiesburg, Mississippi from where he was picked up by his wife Elin Nordegren.
Despite earlier reports that the couple intended to divorce they are now said to be spending time alone to work on their marriage and intend to return to their home in Orlando, Florida.
Woods was reunited with his family in time for the first birthday of his son Charlie on Monday. The couple also have a daughter Sam, two.
The golfer admitted to infidelity last year after he was alleged to have had affairs with a string of women, including cocktail waitresses and party hostesses.
He was dropped by several sponsors and announced in December that he was taking an “indefinite break” from professional golf.
Last month photographs were published which were said to show him at the Pine Grove Behavioural Health and Addiction Services clinic in Hattiesburg.
Woods is said not to believe that he is a sex addict but wanted treatment for a behavioural problem so that he could get his life back, according to US media reports. His wife is reported to have participated in his therapy.
Reports that he had completed his course led to immediate speculation that he could return to the golf circuit within weeks.
There were suggestions that he could play in the Accenture Match Play Championship in Arizona in a fortnight.
He would have to register by Friday for the tournament which is open to the top 64 players in the world.
However, his return appeared more likely to come in the Arnold Palmer Invitation in Florida, an event he has won six times, and which is played at the end of March, shortly before the Masters.

WAG Search X – Elin Nordegren

In our tenth installment for sport’s sexiest WAG (Wife and Girlfriend), we introduce our first golfing spouse – and one who has made headlines for all the wrong reasons in recent months.
Elin Nordegren is the wife – for the time being at least – of the world’s top golfer, sex addict and hide-and-seek expert, Tiger Woods.

Of course, the headlines haven’t all made for good reading as rumours of Woods’ infidelity became public (last count 20 girls!), and has forced the lovely Elin to return to her homeland of Sweden, away, to an extent, of the prying paparazzi.
She’s quite used to being in front of the camera though, having been a model in her own right before tying the knot with Woods in 2004 and delivering two little Tiger cubs.

Her folks are also quite larney, politicians and all that, but Elin seems to have a lot going for her in her own right, as you can see by these pictures.
Good news is that she is likely to be single soon – better news that she may also be a few 100-million Dollars richer if all goes well.
Incidentally, here is a picture of one of the birds he cheated on Elin with, porn star Holly Sampson. What were you thinking Tiger …?

So how does Elin compare to our previous WAGS, Sylvie van der Vaart, Alena Seredova, Lisa Dergan, Martina Colombari, Carmella DeCesare, Brooklyn Decker, Jessica Michibata, Ilary Blasi and Ingrid VanderBosch?

Bookies Cut Odds On Woods Playing Masters

British bookmaker William Hill has cut the odds on Tiger Woods playing at the Masters.
The world’s No 1 golfer is taking an indefinite break from the game since a November car crash outside his home in Florida and reports of marital infidelity. Shortly after the crash, William Hill was giving 4-6 odds that Woods would be back in time for the Masters in April. Today, the company cut the odds to 1-4.
“We’ve only taken money on the one side that he will be playing there, so that’s why we shortened it right up,” William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams said. “Everybody who’s had a bet seems absolutely certain that he’ll make it to Augusta.”
Adams said they have taken 224 bets and 217 of them are that Woods will be playing at Augusta National. At 1-4 odds, a US$4 (R30.26) bet returns US$5 (R37.82); at 4-6 odds, a US$6 (R45.39) bet returns US$10 (R75.62).
Adams said the bets have come from all over the world, with at least one coming from Dubai via the Internet.
Although Woods has not spoken publicly since the November 27 crash, a celebrity Web site reported last week that he was at a sex addiction clinic in Mississippi. Other reports say Woods and his Swedish wife Elin Nordegren, who have two children, were trying to work things out.
“Within the British press there’s a suggestion that Elin has been to see him for a week. Apparently they are getting along quite well, or rather better,” Adams said. “Therefore, obviously if on the private side things start perking up, then what better rehabilitation to him than getting on the golf course.”
Woods has won the Masters four times. Adams said it’s the “perfect” tournament for Woods to make his return.
“In terms of security and everything else like that, the Masters is perhaps the perfect place. Not just any old chap can get there. The crowds are pretty quiet,” Adams said. “They aren’t the sort who are going to start giving him a bit of the old leg-pulling halfway through.
“I really can see why everyone’s backing it.”
William Hill is also offering 5-2 odds that Woods will win this year’s Masters, making him the favorite. But bettors will get their stake back if the American doesn’t play. Phil Mickelson is the second favorite at 11-2.
“He’s the favourite for every tournament he plays in,” Adams said. “It’s as simple as that.”

Tiger’s Cheating Was No Secret

A top female professional golfer has claimed that Tiger Woods‘ cheating was well known on circuit.
“I heard it last summer during the British Open,” Helen Alfredsson told Sweden’s TV4 station.
Alfredsson, who is Swedish like Tiger’s wife Elin Nordegren, had nothing complimentary to say about the game’s number one player and the revelations he has had affairs with up to 14 women which he had managed to keep a secret for such a long time.
“In the quietest water swims the ugliest fish,” Alfredsson, a winner 14 times internationally and seven times on the US LPGA tour, said.
She described Woods as “cold” and said there was “something odd about him.”
“If he just paid for the escorts, I [would] understand it a bit more,” she said. “Then no one needed to know. But now he did everything and a girlfriend and everything.”
Alfredsson also wondered why he had bothered to get married.
“When he says to the girl that he cannot see her because he has family matters, when Elin will give birth, is he not a bit cold?” she asked.
While Woods has apologised for his infidelities and taken an indefinite leave from the game to in an attempt to save his marriage, Alfredsson has said she doubts he can change.
Alfredsson said she doubts Woods will changed his stripes and suddenly become a devoted family man to his wife and two kids. She also said he could learn something from Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez, whose marriage fell apart amid reports of dalliances with strippers.
“[Rodriguez] said he somehow felt relieved when it came out because he knew he was a bad boy and he was placed on a pedestal to be so good and perfect,” she told the station.
“I do not know if Tiger would go so far to say that he can be himself and do what he wants. If dares to do it and keeps it quiet, he can probably run and play.”

It Gets Worse And Worse For Tiger

On a golf course Tiger Woods can get himself out of the trickiest situations, but it seems he just can’t catch a break away from the fairways and greens.
As his personal life continues to fall apart, so more and more women come out of the woodwork claiming to have had relations with the 33-year-old golfer.
The latest is 48-year-old Theresa Rogers, who claims she has a child with Woods. And she has now hired lawyer Gloria Allred – who represented Rachel Uchitel, the first of the mistresses – to organise her a £2-million deal to keep a lid on the whole shebang.
Rogers, at least the 13th woman to be linked to the golfer, is said to have got pregnant in 2003 and given birth around the turn of the year, before Woods married Elin Nordegren.
Nordegren has already moved out and flew out to Sweden to be with her family over Christmas.
